✅ You will train with Accredited Exercise Physiologist, ASCA Level 3 and Master Coach, Grant Jenkins.
✅ You will be surrounded by other coaches looking to improve their knowledge and skills.
✅ You will improve your understanding of strength, power and running technique.
This 5-week program is specifically designed to help coaches who have limited, or no, experience in performing Olympic weightlifting, running technique, plyometrics and other S&C fundamentals.
Most coaches agree: we don't have to perform it as well as our athletes
but we should know what it feels like.
➡️ You should be be a coach, PT, physiotherapist, AEP or on your way to qualifying as one.
➡️ You don't have to be athletic, just bring a great attitude.
➡️ Due to how busy we are we have to limit numbers.
