Coach the Coaches – Strength Sessions

✅ Are you a Health or Performance Practitioner who wants to gain more experience in training as an Athlete?

✅ Would you like to learn how to perform the Olympic lifts better?

✅ Can you improve your knowledge in Running Technique, Plyometric Progressions and Body Weight exercises?

✅Do you want to learn how to adapt your bench press so it becomes a total body exercise, benefitting a huge range of sports?

If you answered 'yes' to any of the questions above then we have a great program for you!

     

✅ You will train with Accredited Exercise Physiologist, ASCA Level 3 and Master Coach, Grant Jenkins.

✅ You will be surrounded by other coaches looking to improve their knowledge and skills. 

✅ You will improve your understanding of strength, power and running technique. 

 

This 5-week program is specifically designed to help coaches who have limited, or no, experience in performing Olympic weightlifting, running technique, plyometrics and other S&C fundamentals. 

 

Most coaches agree: we don't have to perform it as well as our athletes

but we should know what it feels like.

 

Please note: 

➡️ You should be be a coach, PT, physiotherapist, AEP or on your way to qualifying as one. 

➡️ You don't have to be athletic, just bring a great attitude. 

➡️ Due to how busy we are we have to limit numbers. 

   

Details:

➡️ Tuesdays & Thursdays

➡️ 7am to 8am

➡️ PropelPerform, Ashgrove, Brisbane

➡️ February 4th to March 7th

➡️ Bring diary, towel, water bottle

➡️ Showers available
