    Great way to learn about the importance of your core muscles while also getting a great workout and learning some basic Pilates. Katy is a great teacher and really takes the time to demonstrate and help. Also a great venue being able to make the most of the outdoors while having the reassurance of a covered area if need be! Would highly recommend to anyone especially people with back injuries.
