    Great class! The teacher (Katy) explains everything in detail so you know exactly what you should be doing with what muscles engaged. Highly recommend!

    Great way to learn about the importance of your core muscles while also getting a great workout and learning some basic Pilates. Katy is a great teacher and really takes the time to demonstrate and help. Also a great venue being able to make the most of the outdoors while having the reassurance of a covered area if need be! Would highly recommend to anyone especially people with back injuries.
